Returns
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in cases of:
- Products damaged in transit
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong items delivered
To be eligible, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
Process
- Write to us at careplus@agrimayurveda.co.in with your order details and images.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Items purchased during special promotions, unless damaged/defective.
